**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive having experience in ENTERAL Nutrition will support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the nutrition products. This role involves assisting in market research, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Promotion**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Support in developing promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
- Coordinate with creative teams and agencies for branding and design requirements.
- Assist in writing product descriptions, brochures, and promotional materials.

**2. Digital & Social Media Marketing**
- Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Analyse social media trends and campaign performance for optimization.

**3. Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Assist in gathering and analysing data to support marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and reports on consumer behaviour and product positioning.
- Periodic field intervention for business enhancement & monitoring of field effectiveness of sales team.

**4. Administrative & Support Functions**
- Maintain marketing databases, track expenses, and prepare reports.
- Assist in managing marketing inventories and distribution of promotional materials.
- Support the team with any other marketing-related tasks as needed.
- Conduct Product training of field force as & when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B. Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the nutrition.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹9,986.22 - ₹34,705.33 per month
