**Special Requirement**: Training and hands-on experience in **Jolly Phonics**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, general knowledge, and creative arts.
- Conduct **Jolly Phonics sessions** effectively to develop students’ early reading and writing skills.
- Use play-based and interactive methods to support the holistic development of children.
- Prepare engaging teaching aids, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Maintain a warm and safe classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Track individual progress through observations and maintain detailed student records.
- Communicate regularly with parents about milestones and developmental updates.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Work closely with coordinators and support staff to implement the curriculum effectively.
- ECCEd / Montessori / D.Ed / B.Ed with specialization in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 1-2 years of classroom experience in a preschool or pre-primary setting.
- **Certified in Jolly Phonics** with practical classroom implementation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
