Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, and services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales associate and clients.
- Assist clients with filling out necessary forms and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office area.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and event scheduling.
- Assist with preparing, copying, and distributing documents related to property listings, sales.
- Maintain and update client and property databases.
- Work closely with office management to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the marketing team with social media or promotional tasks when needed.
- Respond to client inquiries both in person and over the phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
