Description:
General Admin to manage their SAP User administration

Searching roles for the tcode in SAP log on pad

Creating the MASS upload file in excel

Rectifying the issues, need to find which access the user need

Tickets raising in the service now tool

Knowledge on catalog tasks

Knowledge on follow up mails

Account creation and providing the access in BYD

Password reset and activate and deactivate user accounts in IDM (Special tasks)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
