**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Claims Management**: Prepare, submit, and follow up on medical claims to insurance companies, ensuring accurate coding and billing procedures.
- **Patient Interaction**: Communicate with patients regarding their bills, payment options, and insurance inquiries.
- **Coding Accuracy**: Utilize ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems to ensure accurate billing and compliance with regulations.
- **Payment Posting**: Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- **Insurance Verification**: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to services rendered.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on healthcare regulations and billing guidelines to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- **Reporting**: Generate billing reports and analyze data to identify trends or issues for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare providers, coding staff, and administrative teams to resolve billing issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical billing and coding preferred.
- Previous experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and insurance guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,732.57 - ₹31,501.20 per month
