**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Design Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and appealing fashion concepts in line with the brand vision.

Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, materials, and techniques. Integrate current fashion trends into design concepts.

Sketching and Prototyping: Create detailed sketches and prototypes of designs, considering factors such as fabric, color, and texture.

Pattern Making: Develop and modify patterns for garments, ensuring proper fit and functionality.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including pattern makers and seamstresses, to bring designs to life.

Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure that the final products meet quality standards and design specifications.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements for custom designs.

Adaptability: Keep abreast of evolving industry trends and be adaptable to changes in design directions.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Proficient in design software and tools.

Solid understanding of garment construction and fabrication.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality designs.
