**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cricket Trainer to join our team and enhance our students' cricketing skills. As a Cricket Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting cricket coaching sessions for school students, primarily focusing on technique improvement, game strategies, physical conditioning, and fostering a love for the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute effective cricket training sessions for students of varying skill levels.
- Provide individualized coaching to help students improve their batting, bowling, fielding, and overall game performance.
- Instill discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship values among students.
- Organize intra-school cricket matches and oversee students' participation in inter-school competitions.
- Collaborate with the school sports department to identify talent and facilitate their advancement in cricket.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Cricket Trainer or Player at a competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in cricket.
- Valid coaching certifications would be an advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹400.00 per day

Expected hours: 1 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend only
