**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily plant operations, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Monitor and control production processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise and assist plant workers in executing operational tasks effectively.
- Perform routine inspections and ensure maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain records of daily production, resource utilization, and operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely availability of raw materials.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and propose improvements for process optimization.
- Report operational challenges and suggest solutions to management.
- Travel within the plant and nearby locations for operational support as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or industrial production.
- Must own a **two-wheeler** for daily operational tasks.
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic operational management tools is an advantage.
