**The Role**
- In this role, you'll work closely with our Product, Marketing, Regional and Operation teams as a primary point of contact for localization to ensure on-time and high linguistic quality global and regional launches of DAZN.
- As the localization expert, you'll work with internal linguists and outside vendors to manage day-to-day localisation requests across all DAZN languages, coordinate regional QA’s/copywriters and guide cross-functional teams. Using your stakeholder management skills, you’ll closely collaborate with regional and marketing managers to evangelise cross-functional teams and stakeholders about processes and best practices.
- This role is based out of our brand-new office at Hyderabad.

**As our new Localisation Assitant, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Manage end-to-end localization of DAZN products across all supported languages, from initial planning & consultation to delivery of localized contents, regional QAs/copywriters, and bug handling.
- Act as the primary localization point of contact for all cross-functional stakeholders related to your product area, explain localization cycles for various content types, and ensure global launches are on time with high degree of linguistic quality.
- Develop & maintain key relationships with stakeholders to proactively lead internal and cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify tool & process gaps and work with localization engineers and vendors to enable support and smooth execution of tasks
- Manage multiple external software development partners to deliver and enhance a best-in-class digital video service.
- Collaborate with the product team on the product requirements documents and the UX design team on wireframes, user flows and detailed designs.
- Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the service, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
- Establish and monitor service level metrics relative to business goals.
- Resolve technical problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**You’ll be set up for success if you have**:

- 3+ years of experience in Content management with good communication skills
- Proven experience leading successful technology delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Must have experience in managing outsourced software development partners.
- Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies.
- Experience using CAT tools as an LPM to manage localisation pipelines and workflows.
