Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update stock and inventory records in Excel and/or ERP systems
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for stock levels, movements, and

discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, or excess
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock reporting
- Create dashboards and automate reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP,

Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation
- Support management with ad-hoc data and reporting needs

Key Skills Required:

- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional

Formatting, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.) is a plus

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in MIS or stock/inventory management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
