**Role and Responsibilities**:
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight bookings, travel itineraries, and other related queries.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Ensure smooth travel arrangements by coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of travel-related processes, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and local regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell additional travel services, such as hotel accommodations, car rentals, and travel packages.
Stay updated with industry trends, travel advisories, and changes in airline policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed information for future reference and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands and travel-related processes.
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences.
