**ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Strong telephonic verbal and written communication skills along with active listening.
- Able to handle inbound/outbound calls regarding issues for end-users.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, analyze the concern and provide solutions/ alternatives.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Provide required consultation to the customers in lieu of the company's SOPs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills.
- Up-sell/cross-sell to Customers.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
