Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and follow up with potential buyers and sellers.
- Present, promote, and market properties to clients effectively.
- Conduct property visits and explain features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain a strong network of property owners, builders, and investors.
- Stay updated on local property trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of Ujjain’s real estate market will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
