- Key Responsibilities:

- As a Telemarketing Representative at Direct Merchant Services, you will play a crucial role in
- introducing our cutting-edge payment processing and merchant services to potential clients.
- Your responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, explaining the benefits of our services,
- and generating interest to set appointments for our sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Direct Merchant Services.
- Clearly communicate the advantages and features of our payment processing and
- merchant services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Address inquiries and provide basic information about our services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly outbound call targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; prior telemarketing experience is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic and persuasive communication style.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training provided).

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound calling roles is Preferable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
