**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Role: Non-IT Recruiter (BFSI, Insurance Domain)
Experience: 0.6 Yrs-2 Yrs
Location: Noida Sector 62

**Must have a Laptop**.

**Key Responsibility & Role**:

- Experience / Knowledge in Non-IT roles.
- Experience / Knowledge of BFSI, Insurance
- Excellent communication skills.
- Co-ordinate with Intellismith client coordinator/ clients recruitment team for shortlisting confirmation
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all involved parties are kept informed of schedules and schedule changes.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
