Supervise kitchen stewarding staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

Oversee cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and areas.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and tools.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Train, schedule, and monitor performance of the stewarding team.

Coordinate with chefs and other departments for operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
2+ years of kitchen stewarding experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with a focus on hygiene and operational excellence.
