**Job description**:

- Day to day production follow up in stitching unit.
- Work allocation for all the operators
- Monitoring the production as per the shipment plan.
- Accessories planning and arrangement based on the production order (PO).
- Receiving the material from processing unit and check the quantity and inspecting the quality for every lot.
- Pattern making for the bathrobe as per the measuremunt given by buyers
- Verifying the stitching quality as per the customer.
- Requirement like stitch per Inch stitching style etc.
- Preparing packing list in EDS for each and every PO and making production entries and quality entries in EDS (ERP).
- Contract labour arrangement as per the priority and urgent shipment 11. Container stuffing arrangement and dispatching arrangement as per CBM.
- Stock record maintenance from material inward to finished goods month wise (cut to pack).
- Maintaining ISO and other initiatives like TPM, 55 records.
- Ensuring Housekeeping in the entire shop floor and maintaining 5S.
- Preparing and maintaining the documents for Piece Rate bill payment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
