**New Hire Responsibility**:

- The person will be part of the Itron TechOps Team that is building the SaaS Platform for AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) solution.
- The responsibility specifically is for DEVOPS, Infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering requirements for Itron.
- Focus on efficiency by automation, build upgrades, migrations, and repetitive workflows.

Continuous evaluation of the existing system and driving improvements.
- Managing deployment/upgrade/Migration for Operating Systems using DEVOPS Tools.
- Efficiently multi-tasking on the different tracks to efficiently address evolving priorities.
- You will be working from 4PM to 1AM IST shift.

**Technical Skills**: 45% - On a scale of 0 - 5, we need at least 3 for promotion to the next round.

**Mandatory Skills**:
1. Good knowledge of CI/CD - Pipelines

2. Automation expert with hands-on skills in frameworks like Ansible.

3. Having a good programming background in high-level languages like Python, C#, and SOAP API, SQL and PLSQL.

4. DevSecOps focused with strong SDLC process knowledge.

5. Good understating of any language and OOPs concepts

6. Hands-on experience in developing/working with various test automation frameworks.

7. Hands-on working with the GIT repository

8. Good knowledge of test effort estimations

9. Willing to support SaaS operation, automation, and automation suite maintenance.

Coding: 40% - On a scale of 0 - 5, we need at least 3 for promoting to the next round
