**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to promote diagnostic services.
- Provide detailed information and presentations about our diagnostic services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their diagnostic requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and events to network and promote our services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, preferably within the diagnostic services industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in South Kolkata.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
