The Export Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and driving the company’s export sales and marketing strategies. This role involves identifying potential international markets, developing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the export process to ensure that the company’s products are delivered successfully to international clients. The Export Marketing Executive plays a key role in increasing the company's global reach and brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct research to identify potential international markets and understand market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Analyze the demand and supply dynamics of target export markets.
- Monitor international trade policies, import-export regulations, and changes in customs laws.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partners (distributors, agents, etc.).
- **Develop Export Marketing Strategies**:
- Formulate export marketing strategies to enter new markets or increase market share in existing markets.
- Design promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and participate in international trade fairs to promote products.
- Tailor marketing content and materials to suit the target audience in various international markets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
- Ensure prompt response to customer queries, complaints, and inquiries.
- Negotiate terms of sales, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Follow up on client orders to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase export sales revenue.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall export growth objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for international markets.
- **Coordinating with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Coordinate the documentation required for export transactions (invoices, customs forms, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Ensure product quality standards are met and that shipments comply with international regulations.
- **Export Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and customs laws.
- Handle the preparation of export documentation, including customs declarations, shipping documents, and insurance paperwork.
- Ensure timely clearance of goods at ports and work closely with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
- **Tracking and Reporting**:
- Monitor the export process from order placement to delivery and provide regular updates to the management.
- Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and address potential issues to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present reports on export performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- **Customer Feedback and Product Improvement**:
- Gather feedback from international clients regarding product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights to the product development team for potential product improvements or modifications for international markets.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- **Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in export marketing, international sales, or related fields.
Experience with export documentation, logistics, and international trade is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping, and export procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is beneficial.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
