Are you a talented professional with excellent communication skills? We are a fast-growing healthcare technology startup in the RCM space looking to hire a Healthcare Process Associate (RCM) to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. We're building our software product that can automate a lot of RCM tasks. We are looking for someone who will provide insurance verification and prior authorization-related services to our healthcare provider customers in the US as well as help with our software product development and QA testing.

As a Healthcare Business Associate, you will work on business and RCM-related processes including calling insurance companies for insurance verification or potential customer leads in the US time zone. You may also work on other ad hoc tasks related to but not restricted to business development, inside sales, marketing, operations, and other company activities.

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Ideal profile but not mandatory**:

- Prior experience in working in RCM services or insurance verification, or knowledge about US healthcare
- Strong verbal communication skills with extreme attention to details
- Previous US calling experience at BPO or KPO, US accent is bonus
- Flexibility to work the night shift as per the US working hours
- Partial remote working is allowed
- Located in Vadodara or close to Vadodara

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
