**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Noida Sector 3
**Experience Required**: Minimum 4+ Years
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
**Working Days**: 5.5 Days a Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
- Understand client financial goals and offer tailored investment and wealth management solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain records of sales activity, client interactions, and feedback in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve product offerings and client experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or insurance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
