**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator / Intern to support our Projects Team in driving successful product and feature launches. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, agile practices, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will assist in managing project timelines, documentation, and communication flows, ensuring smooth execution across teams. **THE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Assist in facilitating team culture and environments that encourage collaboration and productivity.
- Help manage sprint planning and follow-ups with developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in gathering requirements and performing business analysis for new features.
- Help draft user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for projects.
- Track project progress and support resource allocation with guidance from senior coordinators.
- Maintain and organize project documentation on Confluence or other tools.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, meeting notes (MoM), and status updates.
- Support in creating dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Assist in managing project-related calendar schedules for senior leads.
- Record and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Draft and send professional communication to vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely responses (within SLA) to partner and vendor communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on release dates.
- Support onboarding of new joiners in the tech team.
- Assist in running sessions on agile/scrum practices for interns and junior hires.
- Monitor delivery timelines and proactively highlight delays or risks.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth handover and release communication.
- Stay updated on AI trends and explore opportunities to integrate AI tools for project tracking, reporting, and productivity.
- Show curiosity and willingness to experiment with automation for coordination tasks.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or MS Office preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology, AI, and workflow automation.
