**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, maintain, and update operational data (e.g., orders, production, dispatch, sales).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries in ERP/Google Sheets.
- Generate production status reports, pending order lists, and delivery schedules.
- **Analysis & Insights**:

- Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics (e.g., order completion vs planned date).
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, and exceptions in processes and highlight them to management.
- Provide data-based recommendations for operational improvements.
- **Automation & Process Improvement**:

- Develop and maintain automated dashboards for real-time tracking (Google Sheets / Power BI).
- Create formulas, pivot tables, charts, and scripts for faster report generation.
- Support digitization projects and ensure smooth integration between departments.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with production, dispatch, sales, and accounts teams for data collection and validation.
- Support management during review meetings by providing required MIS reports.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain historical records of MIS reports for reference and audits.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
