Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Incoming Calls:

- Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.

2. Lead Generation:

- Identify potential leads through telephone interactions.
- Gather and record customer details for follow-up and further communication.

3. Customer Interaction:

- Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Record Keeping:

- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the company’s database.
- Update information as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share information.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes and strategies.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the company’s products, services, and any changes in policies or procedures.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer interaction and lead generation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Malayalam.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and focused.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Salary Rs.10,000 to 15,0000/- + Incentives

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
