**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and organized **HR Admin Assistant** to support the Human Resources and Office Administration functions. This role involves maintaining documentation, managing cleaning and support staff, coordinating in interviews, and assisting with various day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records for cleaning and support staff.
- Coordinate the hiring process for cleaning and support staff as needed.
- Ensure cleaning standards are met and address any operational issues.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative duties and office management.
- Help in organizing office activities, meetings, or employee events.
- Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks or errands.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in HR support or office administration preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
