**Role Description**

**Job Purpose**

Coordination with Service providers for checking of salary, Incentive,

reimbursement, recruitment invoices as per approved salary structure,

Approved scheme calculation, reimbursement policies and highlighting

deviations.

2. Adherence compliance to Commercial manual and PPR.

3. Co-ordinating with SPs, SSC and commercial officers for invoice related queries

and getting them processed within

4. Co-ordination with service provider for regular follow up.

Ensuring timely & accurately raising of POs, Timely payments to vendors

5. Coordination with internal stakeholders like corporate accounts, taxation, SSC,

Branches, IT, Finance for daily routine activities

6. Ensuring vendor account Hygiene - Open advances, Open GR’s, No due

certificate from vendor, Monthly provisions

**Salary**: ₹21,400.00 - ₹24,600.00 per month
