Site Manager

**Position**: Site Supervisor

**Eligibility**: 6 Months to 2 years

**Language Requirement**: Hindi, English and Tamil.

As a Site Supervisor at **Lithium Urban Technologies Pvt Ltd,** your main responsibility will be to source qualified drivers for the company. You will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to final selection. Your role will require strong communication skills in Hindi and either Tamil, and English depending on the language preference mentioned.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Experience**:6 Months to 2 year or more of experience in recruitment.

**Recruitment Experience**: Prior experience in recruitment is required.

**Salary**: 18,000 to 22,000

**Job Responsibility**: The primary responsibility of the Site Manager.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Hindi, Tamil and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- And Supervisor and Shift In charge would be reporting to the Site Manager/Supervisor.
- Sites will be Shell.
