**Over de rol**:

- Als Inhouse Recruiter ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met recruitment te maken heeft. Je bent onderdeel van ons HCM-team en werkt nauw samen met onze Senior HR Business Partner, teamleads en externe partijen. Je weet precies wie we nodig hebben, waar we die mensen vinden én hoe we ze overtuigen om bij Quanza aan de slag te gaan.

**Wat ga je doen als Recruiter bij Quanza?**:
**Werving & Selectie**:
- End-to-end verantwoordelijk voor het wervingstraject van nieuwe collega’s.- Opstellen en publiceren van vacatureteksten in samenwerking met hiring managers.- Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via diverse kanalen (zoals LinkedIn).- Screenen, interviewen en begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het hele proces.- Coördineren van gesprekken met interne stakeholders.

**Strategie & Procesoptimalisatie**:
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van het recruitmentplan, afgestemd op de strategische koers van Quanza.- Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en vertalen naar recruitmentaanpak.- Optimaliseren van het recruitmentproces, automatisering en tooling (zoals ATS-systemen).- Analyseren van recruitmentdata en rapporteren over voortgang en effectiviteit.

**Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition**:
- Versterken van het employment branding van Quanza.- Beheren van werken-bij kanalen en social media-activiteiten.- Organiseren en vertegenwoordigen van Quanza op carrière-events en beurzen.- Opzetten van een talent pool en onderhouden van een relevant netwerk.

**Samenwerking & Stakeholdermanagement**:
- Nauwe samenwerking met HCM, managers, teamleiders en de overige stafafdelingen.- Aansturen en selecteren van externe recruitmentbureaus.- Adviseren van het management over marktontwikkelingen en krapte op de arbeidsmarkt.

**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau.- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment- Je weet alles van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, employer branding en ATS-systemen.- Je denkt in processen, durft te vernieuwen en werkt proactief.- Ervaring met het werven van technische IT profielen is een pré.- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
