**Job Role: SAP SD Trainer/ Faculty**

1. Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises tailored to different user levels.

2. Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions (in-person or online) to educate users on SAP SD functionalities, processes, and best practices.

4. User Support: Providing ongoing support and guidance to users post-training, helping them navigate challenges and maximize their use of the system.

5. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluating trainees' understanding and skills through assessments and providing constructive feedback to improve their proficiency.

6. Customization and Updates: Staying updated on the latest SAP SD developments and customizing training content to reflect new features or changes in the system.

8. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to inform future training improvements.

9. Change Management: Assisting organizations in managing the transition to SAP SD by helping users adapt to new processes and systems.

10. Technical Knowledge: Staying knowledgeable about SAP SD and related modules, as well as understanding the business processes that the software supports.
