**Experience required: 8-12 years**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Solution’s & designing for Jira (Service Management/Confluence/Software).
- Providing guidance on best practices, taking a proactive approach to client's Atlassian environments, and work on solutions for a range of Atlassian based tools. This is a process-oriented position and technical skills will complement process skills.
- Experience with customizing JIRA projects with various schemas, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required.
- Experience working in a software team’s Software Development Life Cycle, including agile methodologies. Not necessarily writing code, but experience with how software teams move through their process.
- Knowledge of working in RFPS.

**Desired skills**:

- Install, Manage and Monitor and secure Jira in AWS (DC solution)
- Install Manage and Monitor and secure Jira in Cloud (SaaS)
- AWS knowledge, (AWS architect, operating Jira running in AWS environment in a secure way)
- Worked with the Jira Rest API for automation and integration
- Worked with Jira Backend (upgrades, config, infra etc.)
- Knowledge on creating and using JQL
- Knowledge and understanding of Business Models and information models

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
