Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to Employee on various interior design topics, including design fundamentals, space planning, materials, color theory, lighting, and sustainability.

Course Design & Syllabus: Develop, update, and improve training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and project briefs to keep up with industry standards.

Practical Projects: Guide students in creating design projects that include 2D/3D drawings, presentations, and other professional outputs using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.

Mentorship: Provide one-on-one and group support to students, offering constructive feedback on their designs and helping them grow their skills.

Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide feedback to ensure high educational standards.

Industry Trends & Technology: Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and materials, integrating them into the curriculum to enhance the students' learning experience.

Workshops & Seminars: Organize and lead design workshops, guest lectures, and industry seminars for students.

Collaboration: Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth course delivery and development of new programs.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with prior experience in teaching or training.

Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or related tools.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.

Creativity & Innovation: Ability to inspire creativity and innovation in students through your teaching approach.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, course content, and student feedback.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working on commercial, residential, or hospitality interior design projects.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and real-world project experience.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.

Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
