We are looking for an experienced and creative Head of Department – Interior Design to lead the department, manage faculty, and ensure high-quality academic delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, teaching experience, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Interior Design department and ensure smooth academic operations.
  • Develop and upgrade curriculum, lesson plans, and practical modules.
  • Guide and mentor faculty members and ensure teaching quality.
  • Conduct workshops, site visits, exhibitions, and hands-on practical activities.
  • Review student progress, portfolios, discipline, and attendance.
  • Coordinate with management for academic planning and events.
  • Ensure completion of syllabus and maintain academic records.
  • Foster innovation, creativity, and industry relevance in all design activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in teaching or academic leadership.
  • Strong understanding of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
