**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise, storyboard, and create engaging video content for various platforms including but not limited to social media, websites, digital advertising, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and visual treatments for video projects.
- Edit raw video footage and audio files to produce high-quality videos that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content and effectively convey key messages.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all video assets.
- Stay up-to-date with current video editing techniques, trends, and software/tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage and organize video files, assets, and project timelines efficiently.
- Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed for specialized projects.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new video ideas and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience as a video designer/editor with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills, motion graphics, and animation.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling video narratives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹10,611.10 - ₹35,000.00 per month
