**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, infographics, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and implement new techniques to enhance creative output.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance the visual storytelling.
- Work closely with the content team to conceptualize and produce engaging video content that meets project objectives.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and archived appropriately.
- **Motion Graphics**:

- Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to be used in video content, advertisements, and social media.
- Develop opening titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other motion graphic elements that enhance the viewer's experience.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project goals and deliver on creative needs.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine the final output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work.
- Proficiency in design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of current trends in design and digital media.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D animation software like Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and the best practices for video and graphic content.
- Experience with photography and camera operation.
