**Responsibilities**:

Ensure that the tour schedule is followed and that participants are engaged throughout the tour.

**Knowledge and Research**:Thoroughly research and prepare information about the destination's history, culture, landmarks, and other relevant topics.
Stay updated on current events, local news, and any changes that might affect the tour itinerary.

**Communication**:Communicate clearly and effectively to convey historical, cultural, and geographical information to participants of varying backgrounds and languages.
Answer questions and provide accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.

**Customer Service**:Interact with tourists in a courteous and respectful manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during the tour.
Address any concerns or issues that participants may have.
