**Responsibilities**:
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs

Research potential vendors

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

Conduct market research to identify pricing trends

Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices

Prepare cost analyses

Manage Payment Invoices, Procurement related documents.

Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts

Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

Liaise with raw material vendors for procurement and documentation.

Coordinate with Accounts teams for payment follow ups and for documentation purposes.

**Requirements and skills**

Work experience as Purchasing Officer or similar role

Should have good negotiation skills

Good understanding of supply chain procedures

Good hand on Excel

Knowledge of market research

**Experience Required: 2-5 years.**

**Qualification Required: Any Graduate**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
