Job Overview

We are looking to hire a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer operations. The role involves maintaining records, managing data entry, processing bills and supporting day-to-day backend tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain data in Excel sheets, Google Sheets and company databases.
• Organize and update project records, vendor details, inventory data, billing data and other important documents.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders and bills.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with the accounts, procurement and site teams for data collection and reporting.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by the management.
• Perform general office tasks like scanning, printing and handling emails.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information handled.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering, basic reports).
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and general computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Basic communication skills (written and verbal) in English /Hindi language.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in data entry, office assistant or back-end operations roles.
• Basic computer training/certification will be an added advantage.

Salary: 10 -15K
