Project Planning/coordinator

**We're Hiring: Project Planning/Coordinator - Fabrication & Erection**

**Location**: NEOTECH SPECIALITY STRUCTURES Pvt. Ltd., **Bobbili, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh - 535558**

**Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in **project planning**, coordination, and execution in **structural steel fabrication and erection**.
- Must have hands-on experience with **SAP or equivalent project management software**.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **B.Tech or Diploma** in **Civil** or **Mechanical Engineering**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage **project schedules**, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, production, and site execution teams.
- Track progress, prepare reports, and escalate delays or risks proactively.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of fabrication and erection projects as per quality standards.
- Monitor and update project status using **SAP or similar tools**.
- Support project documentation, cost tracking, and compliance requirements.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong command of **MS Project**, **SAP**, or other ERP/Planning tools.
- Good understanding of **PEB structures**, fabrication processes, and erection workflows.
- Excellent **communication**, **coordination**, and **problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
