**We're Hiring: Fitters**

**Location**: NEOTECH SPECIALITY STRUCTURES Pvt. Ltd., **Bobbili, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh - 535558**

**Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of hands-on experience in **structural steel fabrication and erection**.
- Should have worked with **reputed fabrication companies** in the PEB or heavy steel structures sector.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **ITI Fitter** certification preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret **GA (General Arrangement) drawings** and **fabrication/shop drawings**.
- Perform **accurate fitting, assembly, and erection** of structural steel components.
- Ensure high-quality fabrication work as per project specifications.
- Work in coordination with welders, supervisors, and quality teams.
- Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards on-site and in the workshop.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of steel fabrication and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.
- Experience in fabrication and erection of beams, columns, bracings, and PEB structures.
