**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound)**: Handle customer queries and provide support over calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services, ensuring clarity and resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of service quality, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Ensure targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient and timely support.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th grade (Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and address customer concerns with patience and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (voice or non-voice) is preferred.
- Comfortable working in flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed.
