**Position Details**
- **Designation**:Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Senior Customer Service Representative (SCR)
- **Experience**:Minimum 6 months to 2.5 years in the same industry **(Preferred from any Microfinance Institutions)**:

- **Age Group**:20 to 30 years
- **Qualification**:Higher Secondary (minimum) to Graduation (regular/distance)

**Salary & Benefits**
- **In-Hand Salary**:₹10,000 - ₹12,000 (In hand) per month

**Mandatory Requirements**

**1. Bike with a valid license (Learner or Permanent)**
- All bike-related documents (RC/Blue book, Insurance, Pollution) must be clear and valid.

**2. Educational Documents**:Madhyamik to highest qualification (Admit card, Marksheet, Certificate).

**3. Personal KYC Documents**:

- Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account Details.
- Ensure all details are accurate (name spelling, DOB, etc.).
