**Job Summary**:
As the Executive - Marketing, you will be:

- The first member of the marketing team and will work directly with the founders.
- Understand various products and services of the company.
- Responsible for building client databases and handling our CRM system.
- Create content for outbound campaigns.
- Work with designers to create the marketing materials in various formats.
- Build a team to support you as the business volume grows.
- Set-up ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, marketing vendors, CRM providers
- Technology platforms: Learn and manage different technology platforms independently
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operations and implement best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing feedback mechanisms.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations management within the travel industry, specifically dealing with hotels and tour operators.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel market in India.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
