Human by nature.- Trainee Evaluator - Gallery, Mumbai - Your future position?- As a Trainee Evaluator, you will perform assigned duties and shadow senior colleagues in order to gain knowledge and experience in Fragrance Evaluation area, according to learning plan and company talent needs. This role will be based at our corporate office in Mumbai and reporting to the Gallery Director and CFD PC S Asia.- Sounds interesting? **Fragrance Evaluation Development**:

- Develop basic fragrance understanding including history, raw materials, fragrance families and perfume archetypes through guided learning and self-study- Undertake assignments in category teams and develop deep understanding of evaluation protocols, market and consumer dynamics, best sellers andbest smellers within the categories- Understand the brief process and develop ability to complete simple briefs with coaching from CFM, using internal system. Shadow more senior evaluators on real-time briefs- Undertake assignments in other departments to gain in-depth understanding of related functions in the organization.**Evaluation Training Programme**:

- Commit to, and complete on time, all stages of Evaluation Training Programme as agreed with CFD or CFM responsible for guiding training**Givaudan Systems**:
- Develop ability to search FragranceLand for relevant themes**Activation and Gallery**:

- Participate in meetings relating to building and curating the best in class fragrance collection- Participate in activation projects requiring fast and efficient selection of fragrances from oil or blind- You- Are you someone who wants to shape your own world? - University degree- 1 to 2 years’ experience in fragrance evaluation or similar role- Verbal and written command of English-
- Competent olfactory skills: ability to define, recognize and memorize olfactory notes and fragrance language terms and determine olfactory directions (to be assessed by standardized olfactory test)- Evaluation/Applications Skills- Project ManagementAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
