**About the Role**:
**We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, presenting property opportunities, and closing plot sales for company-owned or partnered lands.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified clients and prospects.
- Present company-approved plots and projects with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.
- Conduct client meetings ensuring an customer experience.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions in line with company policies and objectives.
- Maintain detailed sales records, client data, and performance reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets consistently through strategic follow-ups.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends, pricing, and competitive developments.

- Prior experience in real estate sales preferred (strong sales background also considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
