Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Support social media management (content creation, posting, engagement tracking).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help with branding activities, event promotions, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for designing and printing marketing material.
- Track campaign performance and assist in reporting KPIs.
- Support the team in organizing medical camps, awareness programs, and corporate tie-ups (for healthcare settings).
- Assist in maintaining CRM databases and lead generation activities.
- Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Canva or design tools is a plus.
- Creative, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
