**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient care**: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including taking vital signs, assisting with examinations, and administering medications as prescribed.
- **Assisting with procedures**: Support doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- **Patient education**: Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
- **Administer treatments**: Perform nursing procedures, such as dressing wounds, injections, and catheterization, as directed by the physician.
- **Monitoring patient progress**: Observe and monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the physician or medical team.
- **Recordkeeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with clinic protocols.
- **Infection control**: Follow infection control procedures and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- **Collaboration with medical staff**: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- **Administrative tasks**: Assist with patient check-ins, scheduling, and follow-up appointments as needed.
- **Emergency care**: Provide basic first aid and emergency care, including CPR, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or diploma in Nursing.
- **Licensing**: Valid nursing license to practice in Bengaluru Karnataka
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a nurse in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a specific clinical specialty (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, or wound care) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using medical software for patient records and clinic management.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Clinical setting with exposure to patients, medical equipment, and healthcare staff.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
