**Role Summary**: The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, with a focus on reproductive health and fertility. This role includes managing patient care in IVF treatments, assisting doctors, and offering compassionate support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and record patient vitals, progress, and medical history, with an emphasis on IVF treatment protocols.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as per doctor's orders, specifically for IVF and fertility treatments.
- Assist doctors during consultations, exams, and procedures, particularly in the IVF unit.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding fertility treatments.
- Educate patients and families on IVF care plans, procedures, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort throughout the IVF process.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing License (Registered Nurse in Karnataka).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse, with specific experience in an IVF or fertility clinic.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

**Skills Required**:

- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with sensitivity to IVF and reproductive health needs.
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of IVF protocols, fertility treatments, and related hospital protocols.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
