We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Order Confirmation Executive** to join our team. The primary responsibility is to call customers and confirm their orders, ensuring accuracy and a smooth order processing experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call customers to confirm and verify their orders.
- Check order details such as product, quantity, delivery address, and payment method.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries or concerns.
- Update order status in the system after confirmation.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the team lead or supervisor.
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Hindi (spoken) is mandatory.**:

- Basic English understanding is a plus.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use a computer or mobile system for order entry.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to meet daily call targets and work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
