We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Trainee to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in product management and development. As a Product Trainee, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer success, and marketing, to support the development and enhancement of our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in product research, including gathering customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Collaborating with the product team to create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and feature requirements
- Supporting the development and testing of new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with customer needs and company goals
- Working with engineering and design teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify bugs and ensure product quality before launches
- Creating and updating product documentation, including FAQs, training materials, product requirement documents and release notes
- Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to enhance the product development process
- Holding conversations with the customer success and sales teams to understand customer needs, preferences and understand product feedback to make changes that elevate the growth of the product
- Helping customer success teams with customer onboarding on the product platform
